Huawei's Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

The Precision Module and Equipment lab focuses on Precision Automation for state-of-the-Art Products in the field of telecommunication area. The lab aims at developing fundamental and core technologies needed for the automation of precision components for assembly, testing and measurement. To further enhance the capability of the team in Munich.

We are looking for a:

XRAY/CT Product Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Define the technical specifications of each functional module of X-RAY or CT equipment for industry quality control according to the test precision and efficiency requirements
• Take the lead in designing the hardware system architecture of X-RAY or CT NDT equipment and selecting key components.
• Take the lead in the self-development or technical cooperation of key core components or algorithms.
• Insight into the technology development trend of XRAY or CT in the industry and plan the future technology development roadmap.

Your areas of expertise

• Master's degree or above, doctoral degree preferred; Major in Mechatronics, electronic information, signal processing, image processing, automation etc
• Be familiar with the mainstream X-RAY/CT radiation sources and detection sensors
• Strong expertise in X-RAY equipment development
• Have strong team assistance capabilities and ability to communicate with Chinese colleagues remotely
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Master mechanical drawing software such as Solidworks or Pro/E
• Knowledge in motion control
• Knowledge in image processing and 3D point cloud reconstruction
