About the Role:

The X-Ray Technician Level 2-NDT plays a crucial role in the manufacturing industry by ensuring the integrity and safety of materials and components through non-destructive testing methods. This position involves operating advanced X-ray equipment to inspect products for internal flaws without causing any damage. The technician will analyze and interpret radiographic images, providing detailed reports that inform quality control and compliance with industry standards. By identifying potential issues early in the production process, the technician contributes to the overall efficiency and reliability of manufacturing operations. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certification as an X-Ray Technician or equivalent in non-destructive testing. (documentation of training and hours is required)
  • Proven experience in operating X-ray equipment and interpreting radiographic images.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to X-ray operations.

Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in other non-destructive testing methods (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in quality control or assurance roles.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards such as ASNT or ISO.
