This role offers the chance to be a key player in the delivery of wind turbine pre-assembly operations at a major port facility, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.

Job role: Site Manager – Pre-Assembly (Offshore Wind)

Location: North Germany

Duration: January 2026 - November 2026

Rotation: 14/14 rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Employer’s representative and main communication point for component delivery, pre-assembly, and load-out operations.
• Coordinate activities across shifts and disciplines including HSE, Quality, Expediting, and Commissioning.
• Manage scheduling with consideration of component availability, vessel movements, and weather conditions.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met throughout all stages of pre-assembly and load-out.
• Lead site personnel and contractor coordination for marshalling area setup and component readiness.
• Monitor and report progress, prepare detailed site reports, and maintain compliance with port and project administrative requirements.
• Support risk management, scope control, and contractor performance throughout the pre-assembly phase.
