We are looking for experienced Service Supervisors to lead and coordinate offshore inspection, maintenance and service activities on a long-term offshore wind project starting in January 2027. Candidates must have previous experience in a supervisory position within the wind energy industry. Offshore supervisory experience is preferred, but relevant onshore supervisory experience will also be considered.

Professional requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the wind energy industry.
Experience in coordinating service, maintenance or installation activities.
Strong leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to supervise work in accordance with HSE procedures and quality standards.
Good command of English.
