Responsibilities

• Produce prototypes from technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and CAD data.
• Use CAD tools for minor designs and iterations, preferably Solidworks.
• Fabricate prototype parts using additive technologies such as FDM and SLA printing.
• Design and prototype complex plastic and silicone assemblies, including mold creation.
• Assemble electronic components and maintain company equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies, including CNC and 3D printing.
• Completion of an apprenticeship in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of prototyping experience, preferably in medical devices or consumer electronics.
• Proven hands-on assembly and prototyping skills; a portfolio is preferred.
• Independent, results-oriented work ethic with a passion for technical challenges.
