This role includes responsibilities for health, safety, and environmental compliance while managing budgets and vendor relationships. We are seeking a Workplace Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management across our offices throughout Europe. This role includes comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) responsibilities. The successful candidate will be adept at managing preventative maintenance and repair tickets, as well as development projects for a 18,000 sqm leased HQ facility and in 6 field offices ranging from 500 and 5000 sqm. You will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a safe, high-performing work environment for all employees.
