About the Role

As Workplace and People Operations Manager, you will keep the Berlin office running smoothly and own practical people processes across the employee lifecycle. You will help a growing AI software startup create a welcoming, well-organized workplace while building efficient systems that scale.

What You'll Do

• Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, procurement, inventory, and workspace organization.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, ensuring equipment, access, and desks are ready when needed.
• Design and run culture initiatives and internal events that help the team stay connected.
• Build automations for workplace and people operations workflows using AI and no-code tools.
• Handle day-to-day requests and provide hands‑on support across workplace and people operations.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in workplace, office, or people operations, ideally in a startup.
• Experience building and implementing processes for office management, onboarding, and offboarding, with ownership of the full employee lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience managing supplies, equipment procurement, and inventory.
• Experience designing and executing culture initiatives or internal events.
• Experience creating workflow automations with AI, no-code tools, or automation platforms.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing varied tasks in a growing company.
• Fluent in English and German.
