Job summary

Clera Labs, Inc. in Berlin is seeking its first dedicated People and Recruiting hire to build the hiring engine and establish people operations that enable rapid team growth.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, contracts, compensation, and HR compliance, while implementing AI-enabled workflows to support sourcing and screening. You will help develop high-performing teams with thoughtful, people-first practices and manage day-to-day office operations as the company scales its AI

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, people operations, or related generalist operations.
• Early-stage startup experience with hands-on ownership during a zero-to-one phase.
• Experience managing full-cycle hiring through offers and closing, plus onboarding, contracts or HR compliance.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Warm, organized, reliable approach with discretion for sensitive information and AI-enabled workflows.
