Jobbeschreibung

You will join the Workforce Growth team within Central Operations to work on the latest growth and engagement topics for the company, such as acquisition channel management, incentives, communication, funnel optimization, and other growth levers supporting our hubs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will define assessment frameworks and metrics, set hiring targets, monitor performance, and support central Marketing and local Growth teams in optimizing acquisition budgets to achieve sustainable growth.

You will utilize data and KPIs to track our acquisition channel and hiring funnel performance, identifying trends and making informed decisions to drive growth.

You will provide detailed and concrete business cases to our Product and Integrations team to improve workforce hiring and engagement metrics.

You will explore partnership opportunities and act as the point of contact for existing partners, identifying and pursuing external partnerships to boost acquisition strategies and optimize costs.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or operations at a startup (experience in food delivery or eCommerce is a plus).
• At least 1-2 years in analytical roles within B2C businesses focusing on customer acquisition or retention.
• Enjoy solving complex data problems and are well-versed in statistical experimentation.
• Knowledge of SQL and proficiency with data is essential.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
