This position is part of the EMEA Workflow team and will be fully remote; the role will require travel across DACH up to 50% of the time, to visit and work closely with the DACH Customers helping them to realise their goals. There may also be occasional trips across EMEA for internal and/or customer meetings. This role will involve on-site customer visits, assessing current workflow state, understanding future state requirements, conducting workflow analysis, identifying risks to objectives and providing workflow improvement recommendation report-outs in writing and in person, based on our product portfolio.
You will be reporting to the EMEA Workflow Manager, responsible for leading the ongoing development of new workflow strategies and to drive workflow as a competitive advantage, supporting our internal and external customers. Peers include EMEA Workflow Consultants, Applications Consultants, Account and Regional Sales Managers whose collaboration will be vital in determining the appropriate workflow recommendations for our customers.
