Our Data and Behavioral Science teams utilize purpose-built Python tools to analyze and enrich our data. Our company has experienced significant growth, and we need to improve our infrastructure, processes, and policies to form a reliable foundation for further growth.

As a Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for the data flow of our platform, which helps us communicate with our customers. You will map the entire journey of a debtor from start to finish via in-house workflows to control and automate various scenarios.

What you can do with us:

• Design, optimize, and maintain existing workflow structures in our innovative AI-powered app

This role involves communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, managing multiple projects, problem-solving based on analysis and logic, collaboration with other teams, and working with AI and Python.

What you should bring:

• Completed studies in Math, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or similar
• Good understanding of Python (Pandas, Numpy) and SQL
• Experience in data flow management, data analysis, process optimization, or related fields
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset, and strong logical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and a structured work approach
• Technical affinity and quick learning ability
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
