Job summary

Coreteam is pursuing a hands-on Workday Talent and Performance specialist to influence a multi-country HR landscape. You will help shape how Workday evolves and enable better talent decisions across the organisation.

You’ll partner with HR and senior stakeholders to design, implement and optimise Talent and Performance across Europe, ensuring compliant, scalable solutions and strong analytics. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the evolution and optimisation of Workday Talent and Performance across multiple countries and entities
• Turn complex talent strategy and HR requirements into smarter, scalable Workday solutions
• Design and maintain performance review cycles, goals, competencies, talent profiles, succession plans and calibration processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and decision-making, from performance completion tracking to talent and succession analytics
• Partner with HR, Talent and technology leaders to ensure seamless integration between Talent and Performance, Compensation, Learning and Core HCM
• Help maximise the value Workday delivers as the business continues to gro

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on Workday Talent and Performance experience within a complex, multi-country organisation
• Solid knowledge of configuring review templates, goal management, talent matrix and succession processes, and business processes, ideally including German requirements (e.g. works council agreements, data protection under GDPR/BDSG, employee consultation rules)
• The ability to connect HR, Talent, technology and business strategy
• Experience improving Workday processes and delivering meaningful change, including testing, release management and stakeholder training
• A mindset focused on ownership, optimisation and continuous improvement
• Workday certification in Talent Management and/or Performance Management is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
