Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Workday implementation and business transformation professional to lead end-to-end design and execution within the public sector. You will partner with agency leaders and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into efficient future-state Workday processes.

You will drive current- and future-state assessments across HR, finance, payroll, procurement, and reporting, identifying gaps, risks, and policy considerations while coordinating change

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in business transformation, ERP implementation, management consulting, or large-scale process improvement.
• Experience supporting Workday or a comparable enterprise ERP implementation across HR, payroll, finance, procurement, or reporting.
• Demonstrated experience assessing current-state operations and designing standardized future-state business processes.
• Experience working within the public sector or with state, local, federal, higher-education, or similarly regulated organizations.
• Strong understanding of public-sector governance, compliance, procurement, and stakeholder-management considerations.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements, process flows, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Proven ability to work independently, influence without authority, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Direct Workday implementation experience within a large public-sector organization is a plus.
• Workday certification or hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Financial Management, Payroll, Procurement, or Reporting is a plus.
• Experience working with system integrators and cross-functional implementation teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with public-sector accessibility, data privacy, audit, records-retention, or regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Certifications such as Prosci, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a related transformation credential is a plus.
