The Opportunity:

Play a leading role in the successful deployment of Workday HCM, acting as the client's trusted expert throughout the implementation journey.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Workday HCM Lead / Solution Architect who combines strategic leadership with deep hands-on configuration expertise. You'll work on the client side, guiding the Workday deployment, shaping solution design, and ensuring the platform is configured in line with business requirements and Workday best practices.

About You:

• Proven experience leading Workday HCM implementations from the client side or as a senior consulting lead.
• Previous experience as a Workday Solution Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior HCM Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Excellent understanding of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and solution design.
• Experience leading workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior business and project stakeholders.
• Experience working alongside implementation partners and managing functional delivery.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Professional English is essential. German language skills are highly preferred.
