As a Workday Business Analyst, you will be the link between the business community and the IT solution teams, supporting the delivery of the necessary technology services by analyzing, refining, testing and implementing statutory and requested Workday requirements. You will be part of the Workday team within the IT function and have strong links to our Talent Supply Centre of Excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of HR technology, be part of a global team and be exposed to a large variety of stakeholders across the HR, Talent Supply and wider business areas at Essity.

What You Will Do

• You will create, maintain and enhance Workday business processes, rules and fields related to the Recruiting module.
• You will assess, execute and document change requests and Workday projects.
• You will troubleshoot and fix issues and provide input into process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• You will create and maintain end-user and training documentation and support internal stakeholders with Workday features and updates.
• You will participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with.
• You will support idea generation and continuous improvement mindset

Who You Are

• You have expert knowledge of the Recruiting module in Workday ecosystem.
• You are a Workday or HR Process Specialist, HR IT Business Analyst with strong technical configuration skills. You are certified Workday Pro or willing to obtain it.
• You have excellent communication skills including fluency in English (speaking & written). You are able to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organization.
• You are a team player who can work independently and be part of an international team environment while developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• You are flexible, proactive and have a continuous improvement mindset. You are able to use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.
