Job Description:

In order to support the Supply Chain and Logistics, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Working Student within Supply Chain and Logistics (d/f/m). As a working student, you will acquire an in-depth insight into the Supply Chain and Logistics A400M department for a German Air Force customer.

Location: Manching

Start: as soon as possible

Duration: 1 year

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Digitalization and support for a Knowledge Management Tool creation
• Execute material operations service in accordance with the Customer contract requirements and coordinate with the Material Support Centre of Competence
• Manage warehouse activities, repairs, warranty claims, retrofit, DR, QUA, TAB, inbound & outbound flows, ensuring quality and export compliance for spares and AGEs
• Resolve operational issues daily with the Material Support Centre of Competence, Material Manager, Material Operations Manager, and the customer
• Handle flows in ERP systems such as SAP, MDNPro, and SASPF related to the contract

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field
• Programming skills in C or C++ are advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Driven, motivated, and proactive
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, ability to interact with stakeholders
• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement, attention to detail, and quality assurance
• Advanced German and English skills
• Good team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
