Tasks

1. Support digitalization and assist in creating a Knowledge Management Tool.
2. Execute material operations services according to customer contract requirements, in coordination with the Material Support Centre of Competence.
3. Manage warehouse activities, repairs, warranty claims, retrofit, DR and QUA, TAB, inbound & outbound flows, ensuring quality and export compliance for spares and AGEs.
4. Resolve operational issues daily in collaboration with the Material Support Centre of Competence, Material Manager, Material Operations Manager, and customs.
5. Handle flows in different ERPs related to the contract: SAP, MDNPro, and SASPF.

Profile

1. Full-time enrolled student (m/f/d) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
2. Programming skills in C or C++ are appreciated.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office suite is advantageous.
4. Motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
5. Strong coordination and organizational skills, proactive in stakeholder interaction.
6. Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions; high attention to detail and rigor to ensure service quality and prevent non-conformities.
7. Advanced proficiency in German and English.
8. Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
