Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a working student to support the back office in deploying opportunities and leads to the sales team, and to create and manage offers. You will follow up quotations and track sales in Excel, while assisting customers with our software.

Additionally, you will help with translations for whitepapers and flyers, respond to email inquiries, and work closely with the customer care and enterprise teams. The role is 20 hours per week and based in Germany.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, BWL, VWL or related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Working student position (20 hours/week) to study alongside.
• Communicative, marketing‑oriented attitude.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Advanced Windows skills or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist our back office team to deploy opportunities and leads to the sales team
• Create and manage offers
• Follow‑up customer quotations and track our sales in excel sheets
• Be responsible for the assistance of our customers and be available to answer any question about our software
• Assist in translations for whitepapers and flyers
• Answer written inquiries through our e‑mail system
• Work in close cooperation with our customer care team and the enterprise team

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of Business Administration, BWL, VWL or any other related subject
• Fluency in English is mandatory, any Scandinavian language is a plus
• You are looking for a working student position (20 hours/week) next to your studies
• A communicative, marketing-oriented attitude
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn
