TeamViewer offers a working student position in Germany. You will support the back office by deploying opportunities to the sales team, creating offers, and tracking quotations in Excel while assisting customers with software questions.

The role requires an enrolled student in business administration, fluent English, and a marketing-oriented, people-loving attitude. 20 hours per week, with flexible schedules and a casual office environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, BWL, VWL or related field.
• Fluency in English mandatory; any Scandinavian language is a plus.
• Seeking a 20 hours/week working student position.
• Communicative, marketing-oriented attitude.

• Advanced Windows skills or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist back office to deploy opportunities and leads to sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist our back office team to deploy opportunities and leads to the sales team
• Create and manage offers
• Follow-up customer quotations and track our sales in excel sheets
• Be responsible for the assistance of our customers and be available to answer any question about our software
• Assist in translations for whitepapers and flyers
• Answer written inquiries through our e-mail system
• Work in close cooperation with our customer care team and the enterprise team

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of Business Administration, BWL, VWL or any other related subject
• Fluency in English is mandatory, any Scandinavian language is a plus
• You are looking for a working student position (20 hours/week) next to your studies
• A communicative, marketing-oriented attitude
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn

• The contract location will be Göppingen/ Berlin / Munich, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
