Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team to operate and build the integrations of TeamViewer into 3rd party systems
• Build expertise on web platforms like SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce to help grow TeamViewer use cases on them
• Setup and run demo environments and create collaterals to support the greater sales organization
• Ensure quality of the delivered integrations from our development partners
• Work with data to analyze usage behavior and build knowledge on AI use cases

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of Economical engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieur), Economical IT (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or comparable
• Completed at least 4 semesters (master students are preferred)
• Have already completed a work experience or an internship in a corporate environment
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Practical experience in at least one of these topics: Web applications (CRMs, ticketing or ERP systems) or admin activities (host a blog, manage a website/forum etc.) or experience in working with cloud setups
• Ability to work independently
