Job description
Tasks
  • Create, validate and optimize PERT diagrams and work distribution plans
  • Coordinate and adjust material demand at production stations
  • Identify and reduce inefficiencies in the production line
  • Define and improve logistics clusters in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Mark and optimize the critical path in line balancing
  • Provide process simulations and data analyses supporting management decisions
  • Troubleshoot MES system errors and ensure sustainable resolutions
  • Participate in team discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvements
Requirements
  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, engineering sciences or a technical discipline
  • Initial work experience in engineering, manufacturing planning or manufacturing engineering
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
  • Experience with Skywise and Python is a plus
  • Fluent German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
