In this role, you will provide top-notch support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat in German.

Requirements

1. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
