About the Role

As a German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager you will:

  • Successfully onboard new clients to the Google Ads platform
  • Build strategic high-performing PPC campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Reduce churn and increase product adoption
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help drive growth
  • Provide consulting to companies across the German market and make real impact
Key Responsibilities
  • Build launch and optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct outbound calls to guide new customers through onboarding
  • Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions
  • Drive budget growth and upselling
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of clients
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for expansion
What You Bring
  • C2 German, strong English
  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or account management
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies and AI tools

Base Salary (Gross):

German Market Package:
Minimum: 24310
Maximum: 30000

Bonus Structure:

Minimum bonus up to: 3500
Maximum bonus up to: 4290
