Work Dynamics DACH - Client Partner(m/w/d) Key Responsibilities:
  • Be accountable in building new client relationships and be a reliable and trusted partner to our new WD clients

  • Develop business with Corporates in strategic growth sectors

  • Establish new trusted client relationships focusing on Portfolio Services (PS)

  • Support WD vertical leaders in client acquisition

  • Win complex, multi-service portfolio optimization assignments

  • Lead and coordinate RfP responses for complex assignments

  • Position WD as trusted advisor to DACH corporations

  • Develop close client relationships in CREM organizations

  • Foster internal cross-business line integration

  • Drive thought leadership agenda for WD in Germany

  • Develop and implement 'New Client' strategy for Work Dynamics (WD) DACH

  • Analyze business developments and translate into real estate portfolio opportunities

Success Metrics:
  • Volume of new business leads

  • Business pipeline development for WD DACH

  • Increased client penetration for international corporates in DACH

  • Proposal win rate

  • Number of cross-business line wins

Requirements: Excellent strategic skills, deep understanding of real estate market and corporate requirements, outstanding communication and leadership qualities, willingness to travel
