Work Dynamics DACH - Client Partner(m/w/d) Key Responsibilities:Be accountable in building new client relationships and be a reliable and trusted partner to our new WD clients
Develop business with Corporates in strategic growth sectors
Establish new trusted client relationships focusing on Portfolio Services (PS)
Support WD vertical leaders in client acquisition
Win complex, multi-service portfolio optimization assignments
Lead and coordinate RfP responses for complex assignments
Position WD as trusted advisor to DACH corporations
Develop close client relationships in CREM organizations
Foster internal cross-business line integration
Drive thought leadership agenda for WD in Germany
Develop and implement 'New Client' strategy for Work Dynamics (WD) DACH
Analyze business developments and translate into real estate portfolio opportunities
Volume of new business leads
Business pipeline development for WD DACH
Increased client penetration for international corporates in DACH
Proposal win rate
Number of cross-business line wins
Requirements: Excellent strategic skills, deep understanding of real estate market and corporate requirements, outstanding communication and leadership qualities, willingness to travel
