Cross Border Talents seeks a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist for a remote position supporting a leading tech brand based in Portugal. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their online shopping journey, ensuring a smooth experience, and managing queries effectively.

Location: Remote from Continental Portugal
Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable
Start dates: several dates available through June and July

Role Overview:
As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you'll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.
Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.
Requirements:
C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1)- written and spoken levels
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
