CEVA Logistics is seeking a WMS Manager (m/f/d) Super User to lead the WMS community across the DACH region and drive digital transformation in warehouse operations.

You will oversee WMS implementations, upgrades, and roll-outs, collaborating with regional IT, Operations, and the European WMS organization to align business and technology goals. Travel up to 40% across DACH is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• At least 3 years as a WMS Key User, Super User, or WMS Expert
• Proven track record leading multiple WMS implementations and site rollouts
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and 3PL/contract logistics operations

• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on process optimization and warehouse tech
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the DACH region

In this highly visible role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, driving the successful implementation of next-generation warehouse solutions while building a strong network of WMS experts across multiple sites.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop the WMS Key User / Super User team across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring first-class WMS support throughout the DACH cluster
• Own the successful delivery of WMS implementations, upgrades, and roll-outs
• Partner closely with regional IT, Operations, and the European WMS organization to align business and technology objectives
• Promote standardization and harmonization of WMS configurations and processes across all sites
• Ensure compliance with global WMS standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
• Coach and develop local Key Users and Super Users, creating a strong community of WMS experts
• Strengthen organizational capabilities and increase WMS maturity across the region
• Lead the implementation of our strategic Next Generation WMS Program
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational and senior leadership teams on process optimization and warehouse technology
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the DACH region and occasionally within

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, ideally Manhattan SCALE, Dispatcher WMS, or comparable solutions
• At least 3 years of experience as a WMS Key User, Super User, or WMS Process Expert
• Proven success leading multiple WMS implementations, migrations, and site roll-outs within complex logistics environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and 3PL / contract logistics operations
• Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
