You will handle 2nd-level IT support, test new features, analyze customer inquiries and strengthen the logistics IT & WMS area for clients across industries. German and English language skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT support or software testing.
• Technical understanding with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics or ERP / WMS is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English.

• Processing and analysis of customer enquiries in 2nd-level support
• Reproducing and documenting processes in the software and collaborating with the development department
• Running software tests to ensure quality of new features
• Direct customer contact by phone, email or ticket system
• Support of our customers in using COGLAS WEB WMS

Your Tasks

• Processing and analysis of customer enquiries in 2nd-level support
• Reproducing and documenting processes in the software and working together with the development department
• Running software tests to ensure the quality of new features
• Direct customer contact by phone, email or ticket system
• Support of our customers in the use of the COGLAS WEB WMS
• Creating and maintaining documentation and instructions

Your Profile

• Experience in IT support, software testing or a comparable position
• Technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics or ERP / WMS systems is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English
