Qualifikationen

Join our teams as Wirtschaftsprüfer/Executive Auditor (m/w/d) in Nordrhein-Westfalen. You will audit and support our credit cooperatives (e.g., Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken) in your regional area. Activities are conducted onsite at client locations or remotely, independent of our offices. Your residence determines your primary assignment area.

Your Tasks

1. Conduct audits according to:
   • § 53 GenG in conjunction with annual audits per HGB and KWG requirements
   • 340k HGB and § 29 KWG audits for our member institutions
   • Valuation of securities business according to § 89 WpHG
2. Expert reports in collaboration with other departments of our association
3. Audit planning, reporting, and documentation following professional standards
4. Serve as a contact for members and clients on audit-related questions
5. Lead and supervise assigned staff

Your Qualifications

1. Licensed as Wirtschaftsprüfer*in
2. Practical experience as an audit manager
3. Excellent knowledge of commercial, tax, and corporate law
4. Strong understanding of audit procedures and advisory services
5. Self-reliant, committed, and solution-oriented working style
