The role requires a BA/BS with 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent, deep Windows expertise, strong troubleshooting and support, and US citizenship/residency.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing Systems Administration support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components for Windows environments across multiple locations.
• Provides technical support and advises on the use of programming tools, database systems, and networks.
• Operational responsibilities include remediation of daily incident tickets, system compliance, system run enhancement, testing, staging, policy/procedure enhancement, client contact coordination, and operational recommendations to address availability and reliability issues on Windows systems.
