YOUR TASKS:

• Drive Technological Advancements: Lead the development of Nordex wind turbine generator technology and related systems using your technical expertise and leadership skills.
• Project Leadership: Manage diverse project teams, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Engineering Excellence: Conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations at the concept level.
• Innovate: Initiate and promote innovation focused on reducing the cost of energy for wind turbines.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a technical advisor for product strategy and engineering to senior management.
• Effective Communication: Document results professionally and communicate across all company levels, from shop floor to executive board.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
• Industry Experience: Several years in research and development, preferably with complex systems and wind turbine technology.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations related to wind turbines.
• Collaborative Spirit: Flexibility to work with diverse, international teams across the company.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and integration skills; proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
• Proactive and Decisive: Hands-on approach with strong decision-making abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in engineering IT tools, MS Office, and MS Project.
