About the Job
As the Wholesale Sales Coordinator (m / w / d) , you will play a crucial role in supporting the Wholesale team across Europe. This position provides a broad range of administrative, operational, and organisational support, helping to drive growth and efficiency. You'll be the key contact for vendor and account management, coordinate meetings and travel expenses, and support internal team processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operational and Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wholesale team and Senior Manager
Organise weekly team meetings and other team events
Coordinate the control and tracking of commercial letters and samples
Support onboarding processes and manage back-office team logistics
Set up vendors and process vendor invoices
Manage vendor accounts including transport services and related admin
Handle purchase orders and service entries in SAP
Act as SAP support for Wholesale Europe
Travel & Expense Management
Create and submit travel expense reports
Manage corporate credit card orders and Concur / Amex travel accounts
About You
Education & Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of coordination / assistant experience
Sales background with knowledge of key / top accounts
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Highly organised, deadline-focused, and proactive
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build international relationships
Team player with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Proficient in MS Office & SAP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
