The Western European Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market share in the Western European region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the dental industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, DSOs, Lab Groups, and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of DSOs and Lab Groups.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
· Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure product offerings align with regional demands.
· Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at dental clinics and laboratories.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Work closely with the headquarters sales, marketing, and product teams to develop regional campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; dental or medical background is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or medical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Western European dental market, including key players and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English and at least one Western European language (e.g., Italian, German, French, Spanish) is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
