Responsibilities:

1. Tool diagnostics for IM tools
2. Trigger tool orders for repairs, changes or changeovers
3. Preparation of the tools before installation in the machines
4. Carrying out minor repairs, corrections and overhaul of tools and fixtures
5. Running sample orders and batch releases
6. Disassembly, cleaning and maintenance of tools, hot runners and equipment
7. Independent setup of the production equipment
8. Provision of tools, materials and components
9. Participation in daily LPMS talks
10. Contact persons and support for the fitters

Qualifications:

1. Training as a tool mechanic, process mechanic or corresponding professional experience as a tool diagnostician
2. Experience in the field of tool diagnostics
3. Knowledge of products in the field
4. Knowledge of the structure and mode of operation of production machines, as well as the types of tools used
5. Good communication skills in the design area (reading drawings)
6. PC skills
