Job Description:

Airbus Protect is seeking a Werkstudent (working student) in Sustainability Engineering to support our team. If you are a full-time student looking for a part-time role, apply now! We look forward to your support in our Sustainability Consulting Team for about 18 hours per week.

• Location: Donauwörth
• Start: Immediately
• Duration: 12 months

Airbus Protect combines experts in cyber, security, safety, and sustainability. We provide expertise to Airbus and external clients, managing major projects for critical infrastructures, industrial companies, and public institutions across France, England, and Germany.

Our location in Donauwörth develops helicopters from initial concept to flight-ready products, operating on our own test airfield.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Learn about operational tasks related to sustainable materials in aviation
• Support programming and maintenance of material databases and visualization tools
• Get to know digitalization and archiving of standard procedures in Airbus Protect
• Assist in preparing presentations and documents on environmental performance
• Help organize workshops and training sessions
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in German and English

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Enrolled full-time student in aerospace engineering, materials science with a focus on sustainability, or similar fields
• Previous experience via internships or working student roles in aerospace or sustainability is desirable
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, Palantir
• Experience with database management and data analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
• Fluent in German and good English skills
