1. Support our residents with heart and professional knowledge
2. Be the eyes, ears, and hands of the doctors
3. Encourage residents' resources and tailor their care to their individual needs
4. Guide and promote our caregiving staff
5. Bring joy to residents with proximity and good humor

IHR PROFIL:

1. Completed training in elderly care, health and nursing, or health and pediatric nursing
2. Current enrollment in a nursing sciences or health sciences degree program
3. Ideally, some initial professional experience
4. A strong passion for working with and for people
