Zusammenfassung

Ayvens sucht eine studentische Unterstützung im Bereich Procurement am Standort Hamburg. Die Stelle ist auf bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche befristet.

Sie dokumentieren Nachlässe/Aktionen/Prämien, pflegen Lieferantenstammdaten, unterstützen das Einkaufsteam, erstellen Verträge und Reports, erledigen administrative Aufgaben. Ihr Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnliche Fachrichtung, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, MS Office (Excel besonders), sowie Zahlenverständnis werden

Qualifikationen

• Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule, ideal Master in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
• Bereitschaft, bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten.
• Vertragsmanagement-Kenntnisse.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
• Gutes Zahlenverständnis.

Aufgaben
