Your mission

• Operational support for our development experts in the context of exciting innovation and customer projects.
• Responsibility for specific projects in internal company development, e.g., in areas such as process optimization and knowledge management.
• Structuring large, unstructured data sets from diverse sources and automating processes and calculations during analysis and evaluation.
• Aggregation of project results, standards, process models, and literature research, along with familiarization with new subject areas.
• Independent development of new approaches, procedures, or solutions within our range of services that particularly excite and interest you.

Your profile

• Advanced Bachelor's or Master's semester in fields such as:
  1) Mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, shipbuilding, or industrial engineering.
  2) Computer/Data Science, Computer Science Engineering, or comparable fields.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, data & analytics, or software development.
• Excellent analytical skills, a structured working style, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Excel VBA, Python, MATLAB.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and social skills.
• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills.
