What You Will Do

• Supporting project management in customer projects
• Maintain Jira action tracking, data quality and follow up with action owners
• Generate reporting dashboard and maintain data quality
• Setup of team meetings, share agenda and meeting minutes
• Generate Documentation guidelines, train team and follow up adherence. Ensure fast and easy access via clear and intuitive data structure
• SharePoint – define and maintain folder structure and follow up on adherence to documentation principles
• Teams channel moderation – storing of attachments in permanent areas and sharing of links
• Moderate access control to project repositories and communication channels

What You Need

• Student in Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration or other relevant degree course
• Project management basic skills (understand main responsibility areas and project phases)
• Responsible way of working, independently working, self driven. Good communication skills and being able to follow up issues in global team and escalate issues and decision needs.
• Relevant practical experiences in industry
• Evidence of Engineering or Project Management related training
• Preferred location: Karlsruhe, Ulm, Garching
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office applications
