WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. You support the preparation and evaluation of training measures in the field of personnel development.
2. You actively contribute your curiosity and ideas to our team and support the further development of our Learning Management System as well as the identification and design of new innovative learning formats.
3. Depending on your individual knowledge and experience you work independently on exciting topics in the field of personnel development within (interdisciplinary) project teams.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

1. You are studying business administration, psychology, or a related field and are looking for a working student (all genders) position.
2. You are available for at least two semesters.
3. You have successfully completed your basic studies and ideally have already gained some practical experience in the field of human resources.
4. You stand out due to your open-minded and proactive nature as well as your independent, conscientious, and reliable working style.
5. Very good MS Office skills as well as excellent German and English language skills (both written and spoken) complete your profile.
