About the job:

• Supporting the preparation and execution of partner-related marketing activities and events

• Researching and preparing partner information and market data

• Maintaining and updating partner documentation in our internal systems

• Assisting in the execution and follow-up of partnership processes

• Providing administrative support to the Partner Management Team in daily operations

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes

What you should bring:

• Current enrollment in a relevant study program, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, IT Management, or a comparable field

• Initial experience and strong interest in working with partners and partner programs

• High affinity for digital tools and technologies

• Enthusiasm for topics like cloud computing, digitalization, and IT services

• Very good skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style

• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration in an international environment

• Negotiation-level German skills and good English skills, or alternatively, negotiation-level English skills and good German skills

It would be optimal if you also have:

• Initial experience working in a technology-oriented startup or company

• Familiarity with the basics of partner ecosystems in the IT industry

• A good understanding of business processes and operational procedures

• Experience working with CRM and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Asana, or similar

Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von partnerrelevanten Marketingaktivitäten und Events

• Recherche und Aufbereitung von Partnerinformationen sowie Marktdaten

• Pflege und Aktualisierung der Partnerdokumentation in unseren internen Systemen

• Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Partnerschaftsprozessen

• Administrative Unterstützung des Partner Management Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft

• Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung interner Abläufe und Prozesse

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Aktuelle Immatrikulation in einem relevanten Studiengang, z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Management, IT-Management oder vergleichbare Studienrichtungen

• Erste Erfahrungen und großes Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Partnerprogrammen

• Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Technologien

• Begeisterung für Themen wie Cloud Computing, Digitalisierung und IT-Dienstleistungen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Spaß an der Teamarbeit und am Austausch in einem internationalen Umfeld

Optimal wäre es, wenn du…:

• bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem technologieorientierten Startup oder Unternehmen gesammelt hast

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM- und Kollaborationstools wie Hubspot, Asana o.ä. hast
