In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Team bei der Konsolidierung von Produktionsdaten und der Erstellung von monatlichen sowie quartalsweisen Prognosen. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Umfeld zu sammeln und erfordert Kenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaftslehre sowie starke Excel-Fähigkeiten. Englisch und Deutsch auf guten Niveau sind ebenfalls notwendig.

Qualifikationen

• Studium Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
• Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 12 Monate.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Konsolidierung der Produktionsgesellschaften.
• Analysen zu Kosten und Datenuploads in SAP und Hyperion.
• Erstellung von Berichten und Vorhersagen in Excel.

Are you looking to gain practical experience in Operation Controlling beyond university theory? We look forward to your application.

Your tasks:

• Consolidation of individual production companies (18 plants)
• Support in monthly and annual closing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analysis related to costs and data uploads in SAP and Hyperion, including production volumes, material cost changes (savings), and various evaluations upon request from departments

Creating templates in Excel:

• Monthly reporting
• Monthly forecasts
• Quarterly forecasts
• Savings projects

Investments:

• Administrative preparation of investment approval processes
• Assistance in budget and annual forecast creation
• Calculation and validation of ROI

Your profile:

• You are studying Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• You are proficient in German and English, spoken and written
• You are skilled in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a plus
• You are available for at least 12 months or longer.
