Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports und erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden.

Your mission

• You will support our 1st level support and serve as the first point of contact for our customers (globally active asset management companies such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, BlackRock, etc.)
• You will carry out regular system and data checks and take on a variety of administrative tasks
• You will identify optimization potential in our existing interfaces and analyze data flows
• You will work closely with internal teams (support, product management, development) as well as with customers

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
• Ideally, you have some initial practical experience in 1st level support, IT support, or customer service, preferably in the financial or IT sector
• You are interested in data processing and interfaces; knowledge of how stocks, bonds, derivatives, and funds work is an advantage
• You are proactive and have an organized working style
• You work independently and precisely and are willing to familiarize yourself with complex systems
• You are confident in using MS Office programs
• You have very good communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
