For the Business Group Comfort and Driving Assistance Systems we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for Valeo Customer Office in Garching to start as soon as possible.

• Support preparation and logging of various committees, project meetings and regular management meetings
• Consolidation of reports and communications
• Creating presentations for Site General Management, Monthly Team Meetings
• Creating of Guidelines and Procedures
• Creating and tracking appointments and tasks
• Support Quality and IT/IS related activities, audits - IATF and TISAX
• Creation and tracking of purchasing orders
• Coordination of VISA and invitation letter processes for international visitors from abroad
• Support for international employees
• Organization of Employee Events and Team Buildings
• Fluent English and German, French or Arabic would be an advantage
• Driver License
• First experience in the field of Project management
• First experience with VISA processes, secondments or global mobility tasks
• Good knowledge in Office Tools
• Customer and Team orientation and flexibility
• Confident appearance, discretion and commitment
