• Optimierung von Produktionsplanung- und Steuerungsprozessen
• Mitentwicklung und Einführung eines Produktionsplanungs- und Steuerungs-Tools
• Konzeptionieren und Umsetzen eines neuen Maintenance-Regimes inkl. Softwaretool
• Implementierung von Lean-Management-Methoden
• Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
• Aktives Change-Management
• Unterstützung der Leitungsebene
• administrative Tätigkeiten

Themen für Abschlussarbeiten können individuell vereinbart werden.
