Your responsibilities

• Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day business tasks
• Invoicing for our platform activities
• Creating gift cards for customer requests from the retail sector
• Handling complaints with a customer-centric focus
• Supporting our project work and contributing your ideas to the continuous process improvement of the daily business

What you bring

• Studying in the field of business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or similar
• Affinity with e-commerce processes, personal experience, and enjoyment of online shopping
• Interest in the area of customer service
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility, with curiosity to find the best solution for our customers
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
• Fully proficient in German and good English skills
