Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent:in/Working Student (currently enrolled in a university) to join our team in Berlin as a Logistics Assistant. In this role, you will help keep our supply chain and operations running smoothly, ensuring the highest quality standards for our Neuroimaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders from receipt to shipment.
• Store components and finished goods in our ERP system and maintain accurate stock data.
• Pick, pack and prepare national and international shipments (including export documents).
• Support the organisation of international workshops and conferences by coordinating logistics and shipping demo systems.
• Work in close cooperation with management and the Production & Logistics team (10 colleagues).

Your Qualifications

• Enrolment at a university (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung required).
• Meticulous approach to manual work for tasks such as packing delicate scientific instruments and warehouse-related tasks.
• Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and precise working style.
• A motivated team player with transparent communication skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Considered a Plus:

• Experience in highly regulated industries like medical devices, automotive or aerospace.
• Knowledge of international shipping or customs procedures.
• German language skills.
