What you can expect

As a working student, you will support our team in the integration of new (AI) technologies, the rollout and operation of our DKV Virtual Assistant, and the support and optimisation of our transactional customer feedback. With your IT affinity, you will quickly take on responsible project tasks. Your focus will be on preparing workshops, user training, and taking on junior PMO tasks.

In addition to supporting AI & Virtual Assistant integrations, you and your team will drive the continuous development of DKV Customer Service. As a talented communicator, you will act with sensitivity and involve all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

You will play an active role in shaping strategic projects in DKV Customer Service. You will not only familiarize yourself with the systems, processes, and procedures of an international best-in-class customer service but also gain valuable experience in project and process management.

You should be ready to lend a hand with special tasks.

What makes you stand out

You are a registered student of economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable degree program with good grades.

You are characterized by a keen interest in IT processes and process management and have preferably gained some experience in (IT) project management.

Your strengths include analytical thinking, teamwork, strong communication skills, personal responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas.

Your business fluent German skills are complemented by a good command of written and spoken English.
