Job Description

As a Wellness Coach, you will develop and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, and report data on employee progress.
• Stay informed and comply with company policies, safety briefings, and updates.
• Proactively reach out to employees, inviting them to coaching sessions or workshops.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance employee wellbeing.
• Facilitate monthly group sessions and provide weekly individual coaching.
• Equip employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Design and lead psycho-educational sessions, outreach programs, and team activities aligned with departmental goals.
• Follow internal rules and participate in training programs.
• Manage projects as assigned and lead by example in conduct and ethics.
• Participate in wellbeing activities during training sessions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Psychology degree with relevant accreditation from recognized bodies in Germany (must have).
