Job Description
As a Wellness Coach, you will develop and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor, collect, and report data on employee progress.
- Stay informed and comply with company policies, safety briefings, and updates.
- Reach out to employees proactively, inviting them to individual coaching or group workshops.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
- Facilitate monthly group sessions for all employees.
- Provide individual one-on-one sessions for team members at least weekly.
- Equip employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Design, organize, and lead psycho-educational sessions, outreach programs, and team-building activities aligned with departmental objectives.
- Adhere to internal company rules and policies as set by management and HR.
- Participate in all relevant training programs for the project.
- Manage projects or activities as assigned by the Wellbeing Team Manager.
- Lead by example in conduct and ethics in the workplace.
- Lead and participate in wellbeing-related activities during employee training sessions.
The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or higher.
- Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, working directly with users, clients, or patients.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using standard office software applications.
- Capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team member.
- Holder of a Psychology degree and possess relevant accreditation from recognized local bodies in Germany – Must Have.
