Job Responsibilities
  1. Equip employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
  2. Lead and participate in wellbeing-related activities during employee training sessions.
  3. Proactively reach out to employees, inviting them to individual coaching or group workshops.
  4. Design, organize, and lead psychoeducational sessions, outreach programs, and teambuilding activities aligned with departmental objectives.
  5. Develop and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
  6. Manage projects or activities as assigned by the Wellbeing Team Manager.
  7. Monitor, collect, and report data on employee progress.
  8. Lead by example in conduct and ethics in the workplace.
  9. Provide individual one-on-one sessions for team members at least weekly.
  10. Facilitate monthly group sessions for all employees.
  11. Participate in all relevant training programs for the project.
  12. Stay informed about and comply with company policies, safety briefings, and updates.
  13. Adhere to internal company rules and policies as set by management and HR.
Requirements
  • Native/fluent in English (C1), both verbal and written.
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar role working directly with users, clients, or patients.
  • Must hold a Psychology degree and possess relevant accreditation from recognized local bodies.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Proficient in using standard office software applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
